There is no date. All it says is -

Receiving the BVL means that the eligibility review already started and finished.
Receiving the BVL means that a decision has been made. you just have to wait for the decision. expect it soon and good luck.

Others got BVL and PPR same day. If decision has been made,why they are taking their time to send the final decision.

May I ask: when did you take upfront medical exam? I just want to check how long does it usually take to update "medical passed" on gckey.
