Can we apply from India, residing in UAE.
1. in IMM study form - Can we give residents address UAE and applying from India Address. Is this ok to do.

u can be banned for 5 years for msrepresentation. what gcc based nri do is, they come to india and apply for sds.
then if they dont have enough leaves, they go back to gcc and submit biometrics in the VO in gcc only. then they try to submit passport in gcc VO.

u can apply.. however dey will consider it as non sds as the residing country is UAE

some Non-sds countries have faster processing than SDS.

i see in Tunisia processing time always shows 12 weeks yet some times u get decisions in less than 14 days

Can I still apply for my study permit. In my ircc profile I was surprised to see that I have17 days to complete my application.

I didn't contact them. I don't wanna put pressure on them. It's up to you. If u r applying from KSA, then your application is being processed in Riyadh.
