Could you please advise me on the "cover letter" for study visa application.? I am applying by my own, no agent or through any education agency.
I am done with tuition fee, GIC and Admission letter. For bio, I applied for visitor visa back in 2019 so its still valid. Although I didn't get it unfortunately :-(.
And do I need to have medical report before I apply through SDS.? Please help.!

Progam - Master of Applied Computing at the University of Windsor.

Medical Examination Date - 25th March
Filed Lodged - 16th April
Biometrics - Already given back in 2019 for a visitor visa application

And I also applied visitor visa back in 2019 so I do have valid bio. Regarding Medicals, Do I need to have it before I apply study visa.?
