I have everything completed for a month now, just not the oath.
My husband fingerprints gets stuck for 2 months now. I am really getting tired of waiting.

Everything's been done for me since August 7th. I think they're trying to gather up a full zoom call for people from the Maritimes before they do it so they don't have to worry about clarifying Eastern vs Atlantic time :p. I got my test invite via the Montréal office and I believe they're processing it. I've seen several other people from the NB/NS with a similar timeline who are also still waiting. I'd be happy to fly or drive wherever at the drop of a hat to get it over with, but as long as they don't schedule me for an oath in April it should be ok! (Only planned travel I have.)

If it's a family application they will wait for your husband's application to complete before setting the oath for both of you.

You could try contacting your MP, ask to verify if they received your husband's fingerprints and to check what's going on with the application. The answer I got from our MPs office is to wait until the 7 months have passed then reach out, but it wouldn't hurt to let them know they have constituents who are waiting and needing feedback after such a long wait. In our case, I don't know if my email to our MP did anything, but everything else fell into place after I contacted them, so maybe in the background they did do a check with IRCC but they just didn't want to tell me directly. It's worth contacting them if it helps.

Minor's applications are tied to Parent's progress and generally, they won't see an update all the way till a decision is made for the applying Parent. Order Parent's GCMS along with Kid if its more than the requisite time from this month's progress. You can order GCMS or call IRCC or check ATIP CBSA (if Parent had travel and Security/Criminality in progress for BG). Is test, Background and any of the L, P, P done for main parent?
