I just realized that I did not write my first (given) name while signing/submitting the online citizenship application. I remember it being not a mandatory field. Anyone else did the same? Will the app be returned for resubmission?

I think you missed asking it in all the monthly threads for all the years.(no! Don’t!)

Hint: Ask ONCE and stick to the thread of the month and year you applied. Not in every thread you can lay your hands on. That’s not good form, nor good internet etiquette (a.k.a netiquette).

Thanks for your kind observation and for your time. My intention of posting same question in different threads is not to spam but to see if there are any applicants that had signed the same way I did and have successfully received an AOR. And before preaching others about your so called “internet etiquette” a.k.a netiquette, it would be nice if you follow it too rather than trying to be overly sarcastic about other’s situations. Hope you understand, cheers!
