Looks like not may updates from Aril AORs. No further progress after the biometric request on June 8th from our end. Any idea how long does background check takes to complete after biometric?

Another thing i was thinking about is what happens post all the 4 criteria on the Travker are marked as completed?
Is there anything which is pending/being worked upon before making the final decision or is it just that now the application is put undera que to send RFV.

After all the 4 steps(MEP, BIL, BGS, and Eligibility) are done, your application is sent for a final review. Then a decision is made and the communication(portal, RFV, PPR) is sent to the applicant.
Pls long long does it take to get portal mail,I had the final decision updated on June 30th,COPR details already in my tracker to since then,what can I do to get the portal mail
Very variable these days. We are seeing weeks to months.
We can't expedite the process. However, do call IRCC after every 2 weeks.
I am suggesting to call because we have cases here where IRCC thought they sent a RFV/PPR/portal email and the applicant never received anything. In that case, you'll tell the IRCC agent that you never received the email, and they'll send one again soon.

When you paid your fees after submitting your PR application, did you get any email titled "You have a new message in your portal account." or "We sent you a message about your application"?
This email confirms that you have successfully submitted your permanent residence application
