I have enquired from my medical test center and they informed me that they have uploaded my medical report on 4 April 2023. However, I have not received any update regarding my Medical or Biometric.
What should I do as I am observing that many others have already received updates regarding their file !?

I noticed on my tracker that they mention that I am applying for CEC, whereas I applied for FSW-Inland because I am not eligible for CEC and also I was requested to provide POF when I submitted my EE application, which really proves that I was applying as FSW. anyone has any idea ??
Talk to IRCC. They have done a bunch of "oopsies" and rejected candidates based on randomly assigning them:
1. CEC, when they were FSW
2. FSW, when they were CEC

You don't want to be one of those rejections (you are hopefully not). Talk to them and get it sorted.

Asking you this just to be safeDid you upload your information sheet given at the end of your test to GCKey? A month is an expected time to get MEP/BIL - however, you shouldn't be too worried if it goes beyond 1 month, we've seen past applicants who had their MEP/BIL after 2 months and still were processed in <3 months from AOR.

As you quoted, I want to ask if someone’s BIL takes more than a month, is it possible that their eligibility and background have already started processing already before BIL, in order to get processed within 3 months?? Or the eligibility and background check only starts when one gets MEP/BIL?

Is IP1 or IP2 still a thing in 2023? What's next after biometrics are linked?
My biometrics is linked in gckey, but in tracker, biometric is still "in progress".
Is this what supposed to be?

Technically, the evaluation should start after R10 (eligibility and BGS). Eligibility and BGS only take a week or two for some applicants - so they could still get processed in 3 months despite a 2 month MEP/BIL delay. If there's someone who files a GCMS who had a long delay for BIL, we will know better.

I see.
I am asking because my MEP/BIL took a long time than average, so the time I got access to the tracker, my ELI and BGC was showing in progress in tracker already. ( AOR-Mar 14 and MEP/BIL-04 May). I also got an update email 24 hrs after MEP/BIL. Dont know what that was about.
So, I dont know when my ELI and BGC went in progress in actual. Just wish the application to be processed at the earliest.

I just logged into my tracker now and I can see in the application history:

May 10-->We received the information you sent us. We’ll review it and let you know if we need any other information from you.

However, I didn't send anything. Any ideas ? Is this the way IRCC asks for ADR in the tracker?

Yes, I think that is how it shows up on the tracker for a ADR.

Hey Guys just to update you, All areas on the tracker states "Completed" and i am able to see a COPR number and Expiry date.
These changes happened today. :) I guess RFV email will come through soon
Yep, hold tight. Whitelist "cic.gc.ca". Otoh, you can also get a PPR letter too - which shows up as "We sent you a message about your application..."
