In my case, it took 2 full days for the email to arrive in my inbox. Check your spam folder just in case it went there if you couldn't locate the email, why not send a webform describing your case.can anyone advice on this:
I checked the tracker and it says submit your fingerprints and that i received email or letter with that regard but i didnot receive any email yet.
Today is 12 Jan and the update date is 10 Jan. so what do you think guys
Thank you for the help, I just sent them a webformIn my case, it took 2 full days for the email to arrive in my inbox. Check your spam folder just in case it went there if you couldn't locate the email, why not send a webform describing your case.
I hope this helps, good luck
When you get the fingerprint email, it would have instructions on what to do. In my case I went to my local RCMP office with the instructions to which IRCC office the results should be sent, they took my prints, and handled everything from there. it normally takes from 2 to 6 weeks for your prints to arrive at the IRCC office.Thank you for the help, I just sent them a webform
Can you tel me in brief where did you take your fingerprints and did they send it electronically or do i have to send it myself? I am currently outside Canada but i used to live in the GTA .

As per the fingerprint email " Fingerprints must be taken electronically by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), local police, or an
accredited private fingerprint agency. For a list of RCMP accredited digital fingerprinting agencies.", there is no RCMP accredited fingerprinting agencies outside Canada.
Since you are currently outside Canada, you can either use a 3rd party service that can provide your electronic fingerprints to RCMP, or plan a visit to Canada within the grace period highlighted in your email especially if you are not far away.
You can use RCMP offices that provide electronic fingerprinting services in Toronto. Or you can use the RCMP accredited organizations listed atThank you
Can I use RCMP offices in Toronto and which city were you at?
sorry for asking too many question
Did you try and call them? Mine is pending too, only test completeNo and only thing complete is test
