Question: Does receiving AOR mean there's no error in the forms? it was a nightmare for me because of stories of people who's application was returned to them because of mistakes or missing documents.

yes . If they acknowledge your receipt then no errors in your forms but if they need more documents they will send you a letter.

I was having the same issue. try by APPLICATION NUMBER AND PRIMARY APPLICANT's FAMILY NAME, PA's place and date of birth and the number of people will be 2
