Thank you! I was definitely expecting a longer wait because of the pandemic but it was a nice surprise to have it processed quickly!

We received a message today in my gic account asking us to pay the right of permanent residence fee, which we had paid with the application. I sent a copy of the receipt. I guess it's a good lesson to keep everything! The hard copy must have been lost somehow. I hope this means we will get ecopr soon!

I got my eCOPR Nov 18th, but still no card btw.

i just logged yesterday and i found out that they removed the part that said (it has mailed to you)

Would you happen to know of any banks that do accept CoPR? I’ve been trying to search online and it says it’s up to the bank or credit union itself.

I just checked with another bank today (TD) and even if you don't have any status in Canada you can open an account, you just need a government ID , which ca be your passport from any country.

This is true. I opened a TD account way before I even applied for PR. I used my passport to prove my identity, the process was fairly simple and straightforward.

I filled up IMM5556e and IMM5710e for OWP application. It was submitted together with my inland spouse sponsorship application paper based, however the OWP was not processed. I'm already a PR. I believed you can now apply online.
