In order to check the status of your application, you need to register yourself and make an account on new tracker. You have to enter your UCI and Application number, (which you can find in your AOR letter) to create an account follow the instructions. Then you can log in and check your status anytime.

Hi everyone~ Anyone applied in Vancouver office? How long does it take from test completed to oath ceremony? Thanks.

It depends if you are an online or paper applicant, check the spreadsheet to see some trends, only a few 2021 January applicants are done with Oath, but who knows if everyone is coming back to the forum to provide updates.

If everything is marked as "Complete" in the new dashboard, that means decision made, the only pending action should be Oath ceremony date.

I believe he already know it. He is looking for checking status in the old ECAS system (Client Application Status)

For online applicants, old system is not available. If you see everything set to complete except oath ceremony, that is DECISION MADE.

Hello! A quick update for the tracker: ECAS now shows my test window (Jan 28 - Feb 17) but I have not received the invitation itself yet. I will update when I do. Thank you!

To those using the new tracker for citizenship application progress:

Do you guys log onto the new portal every few days to check your application status? or;

there would be an email telling you that something was updated?

tracker gets updated first ( probably 2 weeks or maybe a week before , not sure ) but you get an email closer to your dates ( either the test invite or Oath )
