These are timelines, I've just checked and see they have received my fingerprints. I am curious if anybody has any estimation of when I can get my test invite?
- Dec 9, 2021: Background completed
- Dec 8, 2021: Fingerprint results: Received We received your fingerprint information on December 8, 2021 and will review them shortly. Thank you!
- Oct 25, 2021: Fingerprints required - Background verification
- July 22, 2021: AOR
- May 28, 2021: Application filed
- April 13, 2021: Delivered to them by post

April, paper applicant, nothing has been completed so far so still looking for an update from IRCC.
Application sent on April 12, 2021, Delivered on 15 April, AOR on 22 Jul, ECAS -they started the process on 9 Sep 2021 and nothing after that till date

That is a good question. After test completion, all but one box should turn green on the new tracker. If you are a paper applicant, then ECAS status should be "Decision Made" before you can expect the oath ceremony dates.
In our case, Decision made was on 6th December and I am eagerly waiting for my oath ceremony dates as we have to travel to India. The official website states that the oath ceremony is usually within 3 months of your test date and that the email to invite you for the ceremony is sent 2 weeks before. Its really a guessing game - with year end and holidays, plus the Afghanistan situation, dates are all but predictable.

wow 3 months since everything completed? And here I was expecting to get my oath invite this week lol. (Online applicant, all stages completed except oath on December 9. Cant access ECAS)
I read on IRCC's service standards that "our service standards: invite applicants to a citizenship ceremony within 4 months of approving their application"
So I'd say hang in there. You're definitely getting invited right after the holidays I'd imagine.
Could you please confirm the prohibition/language/physical presence completion date and the local visa office? Thanks
I took my exam today. When will I know that I pass and update my record? Actually my record was updated Nov 26 for test Dec 3-23. I did not get any email notification so when I got curious last weekend. I saw I am due on Dec 23. I reviewed and took my test today. Fortunately, I passed but it says it will be under review. I have not seen any update yet in my ecas. Anyone knows how long it will take?
