My background is showing completed on Nov 12, but I haven't received an email to take the test. Should this delay worry me?

I applied online april 19, AOR Aug 26, background completed on Nov 10. No updates after that.
Hello guys. Application received April 04. Our background verification was completed on aug 27 but no test invite yet. Is it because of the slow processing here in Winnipeg. Anyone with similar timeline? Thank you.

It seemed that they couldn't find my application from ECAS. (Of course I can see my application progress in the new portal)

Has this happened to anyone else? I took my test in December 1st and passed it, today I got an update saying that I'm schedule to take the test in December 23rd... I don't understand.
There may have been an issue with something during your first test - ID not clear, improper self photo, etc. I’m not sure if they send out a notice as to why your first results were invalid though. Can you try emailing the office that sent you the first test invite?

I think Winnipeg is slow coz many applicants are waiting after background completed.
