It varies a lot as test invitations are handle at your local office, it could be from 2 to 12 months. Montreal, Mississauga, Scarborough, Toronto are the offices showing more activity in regards to sending test invites. Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Halifax, Vancouver, Ottawa and some other offices have not caught up with the backlog and they are sending test invites to 2019 and early 2020 applicants still. However online applications are being processed faster and some applicants from these offices have received test invites in 2021 already. So it is hard to predict

After BG verification is completed, you will probably receive the test invite and if required by IRCC color copies of your passport valid during your eligibility period, it could take from 2 to 12 months, it all depends now in your local office. My BG was completed on June 11 and I am still waiting to receive test invites, my office is Calgary and the last test invites they sent were to 2020 September applicants (paper), one online applicant in December 2020 and one in January 2021, you can check in the tracker how your local office is doing at this step.
I have added your information to the spreadsheet!! There are some early 2021 April applicants that have not received AOR yet, maybe wait a couple of more weeks.
You could request ATIP / GCMS, it takes approximately 30-45 days to receive the report or you can call IRCC and ask them, but as you are in Ontario, depending on your area it could be any of the below offices:
