Could you please check the status in the old e-CAS https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do? The spreadsheet was built with status in e-CAS, you will noticed that while e-CAS is still in Application Received the new tracker says In Progress.

Hi @Strongfaith42 , yes you are correct, e-cas is showing "We received your Application on April 1st 2021" and the new system shows "In Process".
Any idea what the time lines are in terms of the next step, most probably the Citizenship Test?
got my application registered on https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/ ,,, I noticed everything is In progress except the test & ceremony ... at least the website is working, , a few days ago it showed an error No 403
Error 403 happens when you have VPN enabled. As long as you don't use VPN, you should be fine IMO.
I will give you my timeline, probably that will help:
AOR - April 13, 2021, after that on June 9, 2021 old ECAS was updated to In Process (no email or notification about it, I was checking it almost daily), then on June 10, 2021 the new tracker changed the last update date from April 23, 2021 to June 10, 2021, after that on June 14, 2021 another update in the new tracker indicating Background verification was completed. On June 25, 2021 I received the official email from IRCC indicating that a new tracker was available and that I needed to register using my application ID and (UCI), which I had already set up back in May. Now waiting to receive test invite, which could probably take another two to three months!!!
I have noticed that 2021 January paper applicants have started to receive test invites, so we are close!!!
Every single case is different, therefore the timeline could vary.

Raj, can I ask you how are dealing with the new tracker, the In Progress shows sooner than the In Process from the old ECAS, are you asking applicants to wait until old ECAS is updated? Do they still have access to it or do you know if the new tracker has replaced the old ECAS for applicants receiving AOR after April 23, 2021?

I am not sure about online applicants but paper applicants will have access to both the old tracker and the new dashboard. I vaguely recall someone telling me that online applicants might not have access to the old tracker (ECAS) but I'm not sure.
It is almost impossible to predict these days, they are sending AORs to 2021 January online applicants and to some 2021 March and 2021 April paper applicants, it is taking from 2 to 6 months to receive AOR. All we can do is wait for our time to come and pray that IRCC will start processing applications faster in the coming months.
So I took the advice given on this forum and inquired about our Citizenship application using the webform and just got an email today that our applications are being reviewed.
