Is that where your test invite came from? Ottawa is known to be THE slowest office, so even the normally short time between everything else completed and oath invite can take months. What is your full timeline?

Everyone's application starts in Sydney but then gets transferred to a local office. You can tell what office this is from GCMS notes (it will be primary office later in the process but secondary office earlier, when your file is first sent for background check and test) as well as the email address that your test invite came from. What email address did your test invite come from and office do you see in your GCMS notes?

I have been trying to look for the email I received for my test invite and can’t find it

Many people have had luck getting an oath scheduled after emailing their processing office by replying to their test invite email, so it's too bad that you can't find your test invite email. You could ask someone via webform or phone as well as ordering GCMS notes to find out, although GCMS notes take at least a month if not longer to arrive.

Hello, how many days before the interview did you get the email. I also have interview scheduled for Aug 30 but no email yet. Scarborough office.

I got email one week before the interview date. btw, do you know the answer to my question? Do I need to sign and send the consent form right now?

I see that you were also very delayed in getting oath invitation after everything else was completed, which is uncommon, so I'm wondering which offices are taking so long for the last step. This last step between everything else completed and oath is fast for the vast majority of people, so I was worried during my wait that some serious issues had arisen.

Though they took some time, finally everything was completed smoothly without having any trouble except waiting. Patience is the key. One of my friend applied in Feb 2020 and his oath completed one week before my oath.

Processing center initially was Sydney, I think it is not fixed.

Guys I have a question if I asked the officer during the oath that I need the certificate urgent how he will send it , by mail or I have to pick it up

Just got the notification to take oath in Sept ,, haven't received the email or notification whether the ceremony is online or in person ... Does anybody know when I can expect the invitation ?
