Not sure about C, but X is temporary, F is the main application number. You get F once the application is processing meaning AOR has been received

one of the officor told me, XF is temp

They received by April 23, and by Fedex.

And it was delivered on April 23, 2020

I can’t wait for the next steps and get my husband here.
