Not sure about C, but X is temporary, F is the main application number. You get F once the application is processing meaning AOR has been received
one of the officor told me, XF is temp
They received by April 23, and by Fedex.

I’ve mailed my application on April 20, 2020
And it was delivered on April 23, 2020
I can’t wait for the next steps and get my husband here.
Ps. Does anybody know if the visa office in Mexico is processing applications normally?

My application number is from F but i haven't received any response nor am I able to link application online. Any suggestions?
