So true.. gave biometrics in feb 2020 for TRV.. I calling IRCC yesterday and agent said they are still waiting to get biometrics updated..not sure how long does it take

When I'm trying to login to VFS it says " Your account is not active. Please contact support to get it activated".

VFS will delete accounts after an appointment by some time. why do you need your account? if you want to book a new appointment, make a new account. otherwise, the account is not much of use. They will give you a paper receipt which you should keep and have a scanned copy of.

I am bio-exempt, but no change in my account yet.
1-Do I need to send a web form for bio letter validity?
2-I know my last status, are there any other advantages like fasting the process, if order a GCMS note?

I am 2nd MARCH AOR (eligibility recommended pass on GCMS notes ordered in late Aug) Bio exempted still no update on my file. Did any of urs accounts got updated who had Bio exemptions? I am CEC inland.

kindly update when you rcv copr. I am inland with spouse outland. AOR March 2. Biometric gave in 2017 for student visa. Eligibility was recommend pass. VO is Ottawa.

Lets email them and ask why the profile is not updated even though biometric is exempt.

I just called. They told me that it will never change, because it is an exempt.

yes when I called last week the agent told me the same that it will not change . they cannot change every single file. I dn know how will they proceed now. I did not hear any one with bio exempt receiving copr
