@legalfalcon,
Thanks a lot for all your guidance in this group. today my application got approval.
My application was in Eligibility Review Require and based on your advice I sent upfront additional documents to clear the doubts.

I have one question,
I applied as CEC single applicant, dependent as Non- Accompanying Family Members because my CRS score was not high. Now can I add dependent to my application after my application is approved or should I wait till I received CORP and then apply for spousal sponsorship. My wife and daughter are currently staying with me in Toronto. Please advise.

Thanks in advance.

If you change your dependents from non-accompanying to accompanying then your CRS will be recalculated as if you and your dependents were accompanying.

You will have to file a spousal sponsorship after you receive the COPR.

Could you please advise how to proceed with spousal sponsorship.
Thanks

Anyone here with "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."? My medical status changed from Passed to that on Feb 26 but haven't heard from them yet if its extended or if I have to do medical again.
And if you did hear back from them, how long did it take for them to let you know about the extension/remedical?

Mine was changed "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes " on October 31st 2020. Still no update. AOR April 9th, 2020
