Hey Guys
I have a very particular question, and I do not know if anyone here is in the same situation.

Did anyone here apply for FSW in-land with a dependent out-land without biometric? So, in my case, I was exempt from providing biometrics but my child did not. My main concern is if they will hold the application until the biometric is done, but the VSF is closed on the country, and my visa will expire in June/2021.

Another question, Does anyone applied for the bridge WP under LMIA?

Here my data:
AOR: 28th April/2020
MED: June 17th passed
CRIMINAL: Passed
ELIGIBILITY: Passed
Security Check: not initiated
It seems they are holding all applications with overseas dependants. I'm still waiting the CS calling to give biometrics. and the agent from IRCC told me I can apply the Bridge WP before it will expire 2-3 weeks.

Can anyone please advise on the below:

My application is still is progress since April and I need to renew my passport in the next couple of months , can you advise on the relevant procedures to follow with IRCC once I receive my new passport.

@legalfalcon

Can I travel outside Canada after getting COPR? I am inland application and expecting a COPR soon. Appreciate your input.

ITA - March 23rd 2020
AOR - April 15th 2020 (CEC inland)
Medical - June 10 2020
Biometrics Updated Online - November 5th 2020
As per CIC Agent:
Eligibility DONE
Security DONE
Medical DONE
Criminality in progress

Once you get your COPR you will be a PR and can travel anywhere.

However, to return to Canada, you will need a PR card or a PRTD

Once you get your renewed PP, send a son of biographical pages to IRCC via webform.

Good morning everyone,

Please I have a question, my AOR was April 26th but I didn't include my upfront medicals because of COVID. I later submitted it on September 1st through Webform, apart from the notification received no update on my medicals or if it has been passed. Called several times and also requested my GSMC note it just says in progress. Please should I be worried?

Although my GSMC note says officer review Application approved pending BIO and Med, Eligibility: No concerns Passed, Case Analyst Recommend Pass

Similar. But I submitted my medical in October and the online profile got updated a week later, saying October 13, 2020 You passed the medical exam. But i never received BIL. Im FSW-outland.

I think toughest part is to wait knowing your 6 months timelines has passed(Feb,Mar,April AOR guys) and seeing June, July and Aug guys getting COPR(nothing against them), but thinking what could be the reason these guys aren't getting COPR in spite of completing 6 months and with no answer

I think that depends on which VO is processing your case and which stream you applied. It seems like the priority sequence for the applicants is CEC > PNP> FSW currently.
