Now the AoR is sent immediately after you submit the application. So the information you have quoted is old. The R10, which is the first step happens within the first 3-5 weeks. Usually it happens very close to when the medicals are passed. However, now since the medicals are not being done or not showing passed on the MyCIC account, it is just a speculation as to when the R10 would happen when everything is delayed.

I have done my medicals, however, I noticed with others that since March, to pass the medical takes around two months if not more.

Update:

Today (June 2nd) I received confirmation of Medicals passed and already got a request for Biometrics to be sent until September 1st. Any news on when VACs in Brazil will reopen?

It was suspended until June 9th, I believe. Not sure if it would be extended or not.

I have submitted my express entry application without the PCC for one of the countries I resided in. I wrote an LOE to explain that the process of obtaining it is ongoing. Will other areas of my application be processed or will everything be put on hold till the PCC is uploaded. I am april 22 AOR

Usually things are not put on hold, but currently everything son hold anyway!

Yes, I saw an FSW-outland from April's Aor getting an update and receiving BIL but I m not sure if he got MP

I am EE pnp- Nova Scotia candidate residing in Canada Nova Scotia . I was eligible under CEC when I made my express entry profile then got ITA under PNP . Do I need POF . I have a pgwp and also have a job. Please help me to give the answer

No, you do not need to show PoF. When you file your application you will see a place to upload PoF. You can leave it blank and include a LoE explaining that you are exempt from PoF requirement since you have a job in Canada.
