Thanks @legalfalcon Do you need to put any flag poling to travel history or previous visa rejections?

Flag Polling is not a visa refusal or denial. It is just that you get to the border, but refuse to enter and are turned back. It is an administrative refusal to enter and there is no need to disclose it.

Below are my case details:
FSW-outland(applied from USA)
AOR Apr 22
medicals: done
all docs submitted and no LOE.

1.I have a question though. I just realized that my employment reference letter that I submitted does not have my manager's signature in it. somehow missed through the cracks. can i update it now through the webform?
2. I have uploaded a bank statement from my bank(bank of america) and all they could give me was a letter giving my checking account balance. I only was able to put one month statement as I procured the funds only a month before application(I've been saving up for a while but in my GF's account and she transffered the funds). how do i deal with it? is six months bank statement necessary? can i upload a gift deed letter through webform too?

Any suggestions would be helpful!

CEC Inland
ITA: April 16 2020
AOR: April 23 2020
Biometrics: Done last year for visitor visa. (wondering should I do a separate one for PR application).
Upfront medical exam: Done last year July. (Now some clinics are taking appointments in Vancouver, I probably will do a new one.)
LoE: Uploaded.

Did the new medical exam on May 8th, I raised a webform along with the information sheet and a LOE!

1. Yes, you can send a revised letter via webform.

2. Yes, 6 months average balance is mandatory or you have to show the source of funds to show that the funds are yours. See https://bit.ly/2yIQJI6

Hi,

I applied Permanent Residency under Canadian Experience Class on April 30th 2020. In the Post ITA application form, I made a mistake which I just realized when I was surfing on this website.

In the question “Has xxx taken any trips outside their country of residence or of origin in the last 10 years (or since their 18th birthday if this was less than 10 years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.?” I had selected No as an answer (I do not know how I could have made this mistake, But unfortunately, I did).
I have visited US twice, just for 4 hours each and came back to Canada. I have US Visa and I have uploaded the stamps photo in the Passport category as well.

As I already submitted my Application, what should I do? Should I raise CSE or wait till they ask for the explanation? I do not want this mistake to be considered as Misrepresentation at all.

Thank you.

Hey Perrypillarman,

I received the ITA first week of Feb. Took me a while to collect documents. Submitted application on April 25th received an AOR same day.

No update since then.

What about you?

This is not misrepresentation as long as you send a CSE and inform IRCC. Minor immaterial oversights do not make it a misrepresentation. However, you should set the record straight as soon as possible.

From immitracker seems like they are taking 55-60 days now to issue BIL / med passed.

I saw a exceptio where cec guy got it in 8 days with april 17 aor. Weird

I had a quick question - also a bit specific -

My common law partner is a Colombian national and currently resides there. I'm the principal applicant applying from the US. I'm using a webform to upload a new document (PCC from Colombia). In the visa office where my application is being processed - should I chose USA or Colombia?

I believe you have to leave that empty unless you have confirmed the visa office where your application is being processed. You can verify that info using the webform

It does not matter, since your application is online. After you submit your webform, your documents will be sent to wherever your application is at.

Oh, good to know that was pretty fast. Are you an inland or outland? Guess your application wasn’t paper based. My application was received on the 12th of March as confirmed by the courier (paper based application) waiting for AOR since them.
