I just received my latest set of GCMS notes and on August 22nd the following was added :



I can see my medical validity date has been extended in the notes, but the status still shows "Pending" for the medicals. Is that because the officer needs to update the overall medical status of the application?

yes. The meds have not been updated. Give it a few days and you will see it updated.

They don’t give medical extension to Indians.. we have to wait for remedical requests

It has been more than 1.5 years we are all waiting. WTH is wrong with this process. Lives are being ruined spent so much money and time into this. How the heck is it still called Express Entry.

We are all vaccinated now. What's the delay? Make strict rules that we could follow but for god's sake let us in.

Inland CEC and with dependent still waiting. Today I got a message with biometric request for my dependent. However, we have already submitted on Sept 20, 2020. Totally confused!!!

Since May 2020, I haven't seen an update on our application that our medicals were passed.
Even in GCMS notes, I haven't seen they completed the R10 check.
I wonder if I should just withdraw...

Yea it is a good idea if you don’t care about the cost. Even though am inland , I did remedicals without being asked and submitted and saw movement after that

What's your primary office in GCMS notes? centralized intake office?
I think if that is still showing your primary office, they haven't passed it on to the local VO.
Mine is stuck with CIO. Probably because we were late in submitting our PCCs. So they set the security due date to 1 year after it was first reviewed.

Did you do re-medical? Mine got extended on June 15, but after that, no movement at all.

I had applied for EE - FSW outland from India in April 2020 and in Sept, 2020 I got RPRF request. So what I gather is that I am just waiting for PPR.
My question is that I am planning to go to Canada on a visitor visa as I have a valid visitors' visa and contact IRCC saying that I am onshore and hopefully they will fast-track my application. Has anybody done this? Otherwise I will go to Canada for no real reason!
