They asked me to sign a consent form to allow them to contact the immigration. In my CEC, my destination porvince is written Ontario. Would that be a problem for getting RAMQ card.

Inland CEC and with dependent still waiting. Today I got a message with biometric request for my dependent. However, we have already submitted on Sept 20, 2020. Totally confused!!!
