Hi, did you send your documents? Just wondering if yours got sent to a different address in Ottawa (not the one on the PPR) like mine.
I sent mine via FedEx to this address as instructed:
CPCO – PR VISA
US Permanent /Temporary Residence VISA/Passports
365 Laurier Av. West
Ottawa ON
K1A 1L1
But it got delivered to this address instead:
3701 CARLING AVE AVE, OTTAWA, ON K1A1L1
@legalfalcon I realized I hadn't included the return envelope (the extra envelope, not the prepaid return label). I'll try calling CIC tomorrow, but any idea what will happen? Will they just return everything without stamping? Thanks!
I tried searching the forum but nobody seemed to forget just the envelope like me...

Just want to give some hope as i got email today after 432 days. I received portal confirmation email from IRCC(from Vancouver Office)
My Aor is April 19,2020
VO: Sydney,NS (CB01126)
Medical was expired on March 22,2021 and updated on CIC account, extended on June 24,2021.
Criminality was passed in July 2020.
Security wasn't started since July. Still not updated on portal.
I also ordered GCMS notes twice. No progress since July 2020. I also sent a letter through local MP. Got same response as GCMS.
Finally they are working on backlogs. Stay hanging there. You all will get it soon.

your post gives so much hope, i am bcpnp mar 25,2020 and then cec, did you got an email for your medical extension or you came to know by logging in the portal, my medical is expired too- not updated in the portal but I called ircc this morning and they informed it was extended at the end of may
