Online applications do not require you to print anything for uploading. Just save it on your PC. Update it, validate it and then again save it. And upload once complete.

You can validate it as much as you want but do not forget to save it everytime you hit "Validate"

Biometrics submitted: April 29
Correspondence letter + Passport request: May 1st
Sent out passport with prepaid envelope: May 2nd
Received notification from VFS Global with tracking number: May 8th + May 9th
Received passport with visitor visa: May 11th
