Thanks.. i mean my CIC account, cause the VFS tracking page doesnt even change from day1 it is just a general message saying “your application is under process in AbuDhabi”

At least in CIC account you get a notification and letters if there is any changes.

Yes. It's an estimate. But then if you reached beyond expected processing time, you may contact IRCC through web.

Seems like after they have your biometrics , you will get PPR within 1 week to 10 days untill then you will not get anything from them. I mean your status will remain same.

Hello guys,
I need your expert advice.
I have applied TRV for my parents as per below timeline.
Submitted online - Apr 5
Biometrics request - Apr 6
Biometrics done - Apr 24
Biometrics updated online - Apr 24
Online Account updated to Background in Progress and Eligibility in Review - Apr 29
Acknowledgment Received (In email)- Apr 29

We have booked their flight for June 4 to Canada.
We also wish to apply Schengen visa for them for later this summer. Given that if we wait for Canada trv PPR and then apply the schengen, it could be too tight.
Since we already have the passports, should we apply for Schengen visa right now (which takes around 7-10 days) simultaneously and send the passports first to Schengen country, we will have 30 days to send passport to Visa officE for Canada Trv from the day we receive PPR anyways.

Should we also update CIC about our intent for schengen travel and send them an updated itinerary?

From your time line seems like you are about to done. It's up to you. You can so that too as it will save ur time.

You don't have to update CIC for that.

Yes. The tickets are not paid but are just dummy. Even then CIC should think about it.
Yes, I agree ramazan may make it slower too. Anyways I am gonna complete the 24 days time on 2nd May, 2019 and going to email Abu Dhabi VO to check the status of the application.
Do you have any idea like in how much time these guys reply to the email?

Unfortunately, they don't consider your ticket. Regardless if it's confirmed or not. They follow their timeline and the procedures they need to make decision.
I have no idea how long they get back to emails.

Hi everyone while my spousal visa was ongoing I applied for TRV,

Sent my TRV paper base application
April 16 to VFS
April 23- was sent to IRCC

but still no news.

Email stating that application is under process and there are too many applications under processing - 24 Apr

Not sure why it is taking too long and why was TRV application not processed under CAN+ as I have valid US visas. In case I get the approval, is it possible to get Visa stamped from another location as I am scheduled to travel soon?

Need ur input
I submitted application for parents on 29th April
30th April there was some update on both file like UCI number after 24hr hour followed by BIL letter only for primary applicant.
Is this normal getting only one BIL ?? For the other one do I need to call and check or it will come automatically ??

Correspondence letter came in this morning a couple hours ago. May 1st 8am EST
