My Ecas account changed to say Decision Made yesterday (Jan 12) and got PPR letter in cic account this morning (Jan13)

Does the email regarding the file transfer is count as AOR 2?

not all VO sent AOR2. e-mail for sponsor about moved to VO - it`s not AOR2
AOR2 - letter for PA and status in ECAS (second time change) IN process
I waited long time AOR2 too (see my signature)

CPCM is the fastest visa office. congratulations. your case will be settled in less than 3 months

File recd on April 12,2019. File transferred to NDVO on August 1st. AOR2 is August 07th. Since then no response. No prearrival too! Applied for gcms notes. It shows everything is in process! Contacted MP too. Were told we are within the 12 months timeline! What to do?? All April 2019 applicants are getting DM!

Where are you from? India?? Pray to god that your file gets processed at Mississauga!! If it’s transferred to any other LVO you may have to wait till June, July! That’s our experience.
