I have yet to receive a single email but Toronto is so slow we are months behind everyone else. But I still check online ECAS otherwise not sure I will miss the email. Are people getting informed about their test date by checking ECAS or do they get emails/letters?
Checking every day is a hassle!
Thanks very much for the response. You do not have to renew it. They just need to see the passport (mentioned in your application) for the stamps and identity verification.

No need to worry. Most people have their application in process and are waiting.I am getting worried . Does anyone has a similar status as me??

Thanks for your concern and advice. I am sure you have not lost any document ever and good for you. I emailed CIC and PR card is not mandatory, so I guess it will workout for me."Lost" your PR card? Lol. You can't be serious.
Buy a fire proof and water-proof safe. Put all your important documents (passports, PR cards, birth cert) inside, people. Not really something you want to be casually "lose".
