Nice progress. Hopefully it won't take that long.

Also hope that missing stamps won't be a big problem. I was out of Canada about 50 times and missing lot of stamps.

Same here. I don’t have stamps for all my trips to the US. I’m sure that’s when they look at the CBSA report.

AOR received today 26th July 2019.

I took citizenship test today at Scarborough. I passed 19/20. The test was scheduled at 4:00 pm. I went an hour early. There were already 20 people sitting. Once we go we fill green form, which is a declaration that you are not prohibited by any condition like convicted for a crime etc. The candidates go in the test room at appointed test time. The examiners explain the process very well. After the test we are called for interview. The interview verifies language abilities. They also check the entry\exit stamps. However when you cross USA Canada border, there may not be a stamp on passport. He asked me if I had proof of return on a particular day. I have an App TripIt which has all my trips details. I showed flight details. He said he will go through my file again and ask if any document is needed. Else he will send Oath invite. He said it can be in a couple of months.
congratulations! did you find the test very difficult or just basic? I'm so nervous to write the test next week

You can order CBSA entry report (under Privacy Act) for free that will have record of all your entry. This is what I used to count days outside of Canada. Takes a week or two to arrive in the mail.

Stamps aren't reliable as they will not stamp if another officer have already recently stamped (for your own good so you dont run out of passport pages every other year). Also no stamp if you use Nexus.

Hello Forum Members,

I got my AOR on 15th July. I want to know the following:

1) Time frame between AOR to inprocess
2) Time Frame between in process to test
3) time from test to oath.

my location is Brampton.

The test is at a good standard, so I would say say that one should study well. If I remembered that Canada got a new flag in 1965 and there was another flag before that, then I could have scored 20. I do not remember reading about the largest lake in Canada. Just made a guess. I would say 15 is pass mark and there will be 15 easy questions. However some questions may be difficult. So it is difficult to score full marks. I will advise everyone who has put in application to study in advance. I got letter with just 2 weeks left for test. I met someone who got letter just 3 days prior to test.

Application received : Apr 12th.

That's it. No update... No AOR... Anyone in a similar situation?

Mine was received apr 17, still waiting for AOR. Frustrating, but life goes on
My application was returned. They highlighted that I did not tick off the consent to get details from CBSA..
Just a check box.... Sending the same application back

Sorry about that. I also made the same mistake with my initial application. I’m getting worried at this point that my application will probably be returned again. I think anyone who submitted in April and has still not heard back will likely get application returned
