You will not get a letter if you received AOR by email - you have to download the book online or order it online. I ordered - it is free of charge and comes in about a week or 2.

Any new update for the April Citizenship submission?

I took citizenship test today at Scarborough. I passed 19/20. The test was scheduled at 4:00 pm. I went an hour early. There were already 20 people sitting. Once we go we fill green form, which is a declaration that you are not prohibited by any condition like convicted for a crime etc. The candidates go in the test room at appointed test time. The examiners explain the process very well. After the test we are called for interview. The interview verifies language abilities. They also check the entry\exit stamps. However when you cross USA Canada border, there may not be a stamp on passport. He asked me if I had proof of return on a particular day. I have an App TripIt which has all my trips details. I showed flight details. He said he will go through my file again and ask if any document is needed. Else he will send Oath invite. He said it can be in a couple of months.

He told me that you can add your minor child on Citizenship, even if the child has not completed 3 years stay in Canada. My wife and child are now completing the 3 years will put in their application now.

This is new information because i had read contrary information in forums.

Nice progress. Hopefully it won't take that long.

Also hope that missing stamps won't be a big problem. I was out of Canada about 50 times and missing lot of stamps.
