Received Nova Scotia LOI (Labor Market Priorities stream criteria: French>7 English>5 )
02 Apr 2019 :
NSPNP application submitted.
03 Apr 2019 :
NSPNP completeness passed. Application ID received
05 Apr 2019:
Nomination issued
08 Apr 2019 :
NS Nomination Received on EE account & accepted & 600 points added.

04 June 2019: UCI promoted ( Status: submitted>updated>submitted)

04 June 2019 : BIL received (email: you have a message) + (BIL message on CIC)
05 June 2019 : Email: Status updated = Ghost update one day after MEP related to MEP)
11 June 2019 : Biometric Enrollment
12 June 2019 : Biometric Completed (Status: action > updated > submitted)
13 June 2019 call : VO: Sydney Criminality passed-Eligibilty not started-Security not Started and BG (never updated): We are processing ur background check. We will send you if we need more information.
18 June 2019 call: Refused to check then checked and said no change.
25 June 2019 call : Refused to give info. Answer: Application in process and no AD needed.
26 June 2019: Two ghost updates within less than 2 hours (no change in BG check status)
27 June 2019 call : Criminality passed, Eligibility passed, Security passed.
27 June 2019: ppr email received

What a great news today!

What number did you call? I called the (613) 944-4000 but there were a bunch of options that I needed to choose. I am calling from the USA BTW. Eventually I did speak to someone but she said she cannot provide information because Express Entry application inquiries can only be handled if they are applied within Canada. Is that the case? Please help and provide detailed options to choose after making the call. Anybody who have spoken to agents please help! Thanks a lot.

I see many of them got BIL, does inland applicant required Biometrics? I asked one of my friend he applied from Canada and he didn't get BIL
