My processing time ended on 28th. still there is no response.. i don't know what to do...

Biometerics completed - June 8

Indian, No previous travel experience
File - Ottawa
Estimated time - Oct 25 which now has been elapsed, still no revert of any sort

Can someone with a generous and helping attitude please suggest me the next course of action.

Need Urgent Assistance / Guidance
AOR - 25 April
Estimated Timeline - 25 Oct

Yesterday I mailed CPC CTD OTTAWA GIC CA asking for my status.

"They informed that on Sep 25 itself my profile has been approved and a letter has been sent to me for passport submission and COPR issuance so please check your inbox or junk box for the same"

But on the contrary I have not recd any such mail as I have a diligent habit of checking each and every mail/ spam etc. Also my IRCC profile hasnt got any notification.

Raised a web form for the same today but I now I am feeling anxious and patience getting exhausted.

Can someone with quality knowledge please assist me in what more can i do or what needs to be done in this case.

Has anyone with AOR of 19th April 2019 received notification about medical passed?

I also have AOR 0f 19th April, 2021.
Still medical not passed and haven't received Biometric Collection letter.

Applied from India
First Medical - June/2019
Second Medical - Jan/2021
Third Medical - Feb/2022

Submitted "Schedule A" in April/2022. Still waiting for an update.
