Where do you receive PPR....in mail or application inbox? Also, how much time it takes for stamping and getting passport and COPR in India?
That's also a way, you may also receive a letter in account. However email is more common. So you fine here.

Hello guys! Wanted to let you know that I called CIC today and was informed that my application has been approved. AOR 22 April, FSW Outland. Just one ghost update yesterday. Waiting for PPR in the mail
Called IRCC 2 weeks agao to ask about ststus update on my application.
To which they told me on call that my eligibility is not passed. criminality passed. security not started.
I called after a week, to which they told me that it is currently under review. Ne patient and wait for the final decision to be made.
Today got a mail stating:
This email is in response to an inquiry via the Call Centre requesting the status of your application.
Your application is awaiting the review of an officer.
Notification will be sent in due course.
No idea how long will i have to wait. Also no idea, due to what reason they have decided elgibility not passed. I am waiting everyday.

Order GCMS even it is late to find out anyway...what is your AOR.
you probably will know the result either end of this year or early next year
My AOR is 3rd April 2019.
Visa office : Sydney NS.
I raised a web form after completion of 7 months. Got a standard reply.
After that i called IRCC through which i got to know abt eligibilty not passed.
should be good for now ~ they sent your rejection or Fairness procedure letter if you failed but they didn't do it
awaiting review means they will double check again....but what is the reason you think its not met?
