Hi, any advise?
We can not link application, we have tried the following:
-via the sponsor's login and applicant's login
-with 2 as the applicants (as we have no dependents on the application, so Sponsor+Applicant)
-tried on multiple days/ for 2 weeks
-current status is "being sent to VO" (which is Mississaugu)

Is there anything else we can try or do we just call or email them for assistance?

Sometimes you have to use marital status as single, but other than that I don't know.

There are many threads and posts on these forums about linking the application. Do a search and you may find something that works. I can't really search or post links easily on the device I'm using right now or I'd try to find more for you.

Finally, I was able to link my application.

Application received: April 19
AOR1: May 25

Now waiting for either Sponsor Approval, AOR2, Medical Request. Hopefully, I should hear within the next 2 weeks or so...

Thanks. Prior to receiving AOR1, I tried a couple of times to link the application but couldnt. When I received the AOR1, they then tell you the Application Number. So, I put in the Application Number when linking and input all the other info required to link and it worked!! Did you get AOR1?

I am the sponsor. Our application was received on April 16th (spouse living outside Canada), haven’t got AOR yet

any special combination that you tried or just straight copy/paste info from passport and IMM008 form? I am waiting for AOR1.

Yes, I tried lot of combinations like my (Sponsor) UCI #, passport details, etc etc. Also, tried with Principal Applicant's details such as UCI #, etc etc but couldnt link it. It is only after I got my AOR1; I was able to link the application using the Application Number which was provided in the AOR1...Have you tried any different combinations?

Dont worry..yours should be on the way soon..I think they have started working on applications received in that week (week of April 19)...
