Called CIC this morning, they were saying my case is still on the finalizing step, it should be the Kitchener Office contact me, but they haven't responded yet.

What they mean by finalizing step, if it already shows dm on both sides, isn't final step already done and you just waiting for landing letter? Correct me if am wrong. Thanks

Yeah, but in july forum one applicant directly received landing letter after DM on both sides. Did you ask them about DM letter?
They just asked a bunch of questions about my partner (and did the same to him about me) asking where he worked, where he was at the time of the call, where I was, where we lived before, when we first met, if I have met his family etc. basically just confirming all things that were in the application. It took us both about 10 minutes.
The woman on the phone mentioned the DM, but she said until the office reaches me, send me an official letter, before that, it isn't official done.
Gckey showed ‘Application updated’ but when I clicked nothing changed inside.
