I haven't gone yet but I believe it's 170 for the blood work and 55 for the x-ray. I'll confirm when I get back.

It was updated yesterday (Oct 3).
I did the exam on September 25th and then on October 3rd it went from "We're waiting for your medical results" to "You passed your medical", there was no period when it was pending (at least for me).
I checked it around 12PM PT and it was still "We're waiting" and then by 10PM it was "You passed".

Hi, so the personal form that I mentioned before is specific to my Doctor, yours might just write down your info during the appointment. Technically, you don't have to fill out anything, just print out the 2nd page from the message sent by cic the one that says MEDICAL REPORT CLIENT BIODATA AND SUMMARY. In my understanding the panel physician will upload everything. My appointment is today, I will update you if there's anything else worth mentioning.

As to the cost I'm not sure how much exactly it would cost in Toronto but prepare to spend anywhere between 220-300 and I don't think there would be much difference between these doctors.
