Hello I am April 23rd applicant
I have passed my medical and i just received fingerprint request
my ECAS updated as application received December/18

anyone has any idea what will be after that and is this a good sign that they have requested my finger prints ?

Sorry i double checked they have updated the "Additional documents needed " part

That they need police clearance based on RCMP fingerprints

its not updated in Biometrics part though

I dont know why they are requesting fingerprints in

It is normal to be requested for fingerprints. Not everyone gets requested but it is normal.

On ECAS, instead of type your information, type your sponsor (husband/wife) information to see the status on their side. For me, status on sponsor side is Application received and on my side is In Process.
