i dont think so as i left for vacation as well from nov 1st till feb 14 n i even informed cic n called them when i came back they sd to just wait n nothing else can be done my application has been in process since july 23 n i applied april 23, 2018 n passed my test sep 13 , 2018, dont know whats taking so long

I passed my test in october with no other updates and there are others in sinilar situation, most likely stuck in a security clearance check

No! The only thing you need to take care of is that there will be a gap from the passport expiry date to the date she will apply for citizenship; in this case, she needs to make sure to write down a reason for the gap in the application (Q14 Table B) which would be simply: "no plans for offshore travel anytime soon"

I know this question might have been answered in the past but I tried to find out but failed. Can someone tells me one year waiting time for citizenship applications starts from AOR or when the application sent. I sent the application in April 2018 and AOR came July 2018. Please reply. Thanks
