They didn't mention in my application when they started processing it. Is that normal?

The only info I have on ecas is:
1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on April 11, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on May 19, 2018.[/QUOTE]

Has anyone heard about news on Lacking of Judges in certain areas, hence they slow down sending test invites ? Thanks!

Hi Fouadi,

Yes. As per appointment notice, if I pass the citizenship test/interview, meet all the requirement, and my file is approved, I will receive an invitation to attend the Citizenship Ceremony on March 25th at 12:30 PM. My test invite is scheduled on March 25th at 8:15AM.

We had our test on Tuesday 26th February in Vancouver and we have decision made as of today! Just waiting for invitation to attend the oath ceremony now! Could you please update the spreadsheet? Good luck to all - soon to be fellow Canadian citizens.
