Ok. You’re already beyond 6 months mark, you should order GCMS notes and CBSA notes to know where your application is stuck.
I had review required for PoF. I got ADR and supplied updated statements. I am now in IP2 and had a ghost update this week.

Can you share what ADR they sent and have you got it after sending a 'CSE'.If yes how long after raising CSE you received ADR
We are also in review required for POF, but it's due to an error by the case analyst in his summary note (mentioned 3 applicants instead of 2) and we raised a CSE explaining the facts.
We have'nt received any update since then.
I have been a silent follower and have been reading all the April AOR posts.

I live in Dubai but they have asked to me submit my passport to Vfs in New Delhi or Nepal. So quite confused as to if I can submit it in Dubai and I am travelling by the on Dec 21st so wondering if I would get my passport back by that time.

You can just go ahead and send the passport to New Delhi (that is no problem as my friend who lives in Australia was asked to send her passport to Canada when her PR was approved). Or you can send IRCC a CSE for a change to Dubai.

Canadian consulate in Dubai does not stamp any visa... It has to be in Abu Dhabi. You can utilize VFS services in Dubai to submit your passport. VFS will only entertain you if you have received such a request to submit your passport in UAE.
You need to request IRCC to change the visa office to Abu Dhabi as you are based here locally. Once you get the confirmation only then submit the passport.
I read some posts where they mentioned that they submitted to the nearest Vfs even though they were asked to submit elsewhere. The post said that if you are a resident of a country for more than a year the Vfs office would accept your passport. To be on the safe side I have emailed Ottawa which is my processing office for the change and asked for extension too since I am traveling.
They requested current statements for my accounts and had one week to send them in.
I had raised a CSE in September with some updates but had nothing back from them. I got in touch with Ralph's office once I passed 6 months in mid October. I received the ADR the same day Ralph's office got an update on my file. I guess them asking about it made them pick up the file again because my GCMS notes showed no movement since May.
