Not even sure whether these dates means anything. If you can just move due dates into future, no need to set due dates in first place. But well on bright side, if these due dates does not mean anything, we may receive PPR as soon as today I guess.

Additional Document request from Vienna office 16th Oct (requested for bio page of renewed passport, submitted on same day)
Review of additional Documents changed to Not applicable 17th Oct 2018
2nd GCMS applied on 30th Oct 2018
PR letter received in CIC Account today 08 Nov 2018

Updated IRCC Web form twice, got no response, applied for GCMS notes on Oct 21st, still waiting for those
Its been 6 months on Oct 26th, and I am getting worried now, any advise for me?

Search for Ralph Goodale’s email address and send them an email asking for assistance with getting your application status. They will check with IRCC and respond within couple of days with current status info.

Fairly close timeline and information. Although, my application is still in Sydney and agent addressed that it will be moved to Ottawa after progress is made. Not sure what they mean by progress. But I am a step behind you.
How would this guy be able to help? He is based in Saskatchewan. What do we tell him or his staff to get help?
He is an MP so doesn't matter where he is based. You need to write an email to the official email ID (google his name or search this forum you will see the email ID). Give your application details file number, UCI number etc. And let them know 6 months have passed. They will respond in few days.
