Yes do send PCC and schedule A form both ways (webform and mail). After a week or 2, call CIC to ask if they Have received it.
After these 2 uploaded on ur file, they will transfer ur file to VO.

While my spouse have started to fill up IMM5669 form there is UCI & Application Number but for him still ain't get letter according to the lawyer.Could he use my UCI & Application number!

Yes, UCI and Application number is same doesn't who receives the email you or your spouse !!
