My guess is that your notes were probably generated on Friday last week or Monday this week. You should be getting them soon. When you do, please let us know the date they were generated on. It should say requested date on almost every page of the doc.

I have the same thing going in CIC account. waiting for the their message. keep me posted if you get any message.

Yesterday another guy got the same message and called CIC, the agent said they don't want any additional docs and it may be a technical issue.
But will keep an eye, let me know if you receive any message from IRCC

Background Check: Your Application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Does anyone have anything different than the 3 mentioned above?

I would just call them and ask regarding this. i just read on some other forum that, there is a system glitch. so you might not need to send any documents. however, just confirm by calling them.

I have applied in March 2017 but my file is still at Mississauga. It has not transferred to VO yet. 5 months gone still file at Mississauga. :'(

Hi All,

My spouse finally received medical request today with additional documentation request from the Pretoria VO.

The email says "We do not confirm receipt of correspondence and we do not respond to requests to do so. You must ensure that your response to this letter is sent by reliable means".

Does anyone have any idea what the reliable means (mail, email, webform) would be?
