My spouse finally received the AOR2 on Friday and the applicant ECAS status has been updated as well. One more milestone reached.
congrats bud !.. besides I see your spouse hasn't recievd any medical request yet correct ? I am in the same boat. I have submitted the schedule A and PCC but no medical request from CIC yet. Do you think we should contact them (since everyone else has been receiving Medical request) or its a norm ?

Hello, same for us. PCC was submitted upfront and Schedule A was asked for on 25th May and submitted by 27th. Post that there has not been any update on ECAS and neither medical request. Let me know if you do contact them and what they say. Thanks

Hi guys,

Thank you. The medical requests depend on different VOs. Probably depending on how many other different applications probably MISSISAUGA was requesting them earlier. I know for Pretoria VO the medical request is sent after AOR2. I don't think we should panic yet but you could always inquire.

Thank you guys for your prompt response. I guess you are right. The last time I called (during my sch A submission) they mentioned that my VO (in this case London UK) will first receive it, acknowledge it and then send you a medical request. Its just that a lot of people from my same city, country have recieved their medical request which kind of got me worried. Anyways i'll wait for another week or two to see if anything on ECAS or GCkey changes and call them to inquire after :) Thanks guys and good luck

Hey Oulrish,

Please don't bother linking these sheets. None of the Jan or Feb applicants are updating. Actually, I just saw a chat where a member in Jan Forum said she got the decision made but in the sheet, she has not updated after AOR1. It is not just one person. Several people are not updating in those 2 months. They just get help and do nothing in return. We have such people and I see only March and April up to date. I felt such disappointment :( So I would not rely on these sheets to determine our timeline. Its the hard reality. I wish everyone takes a minute to do it but no. Anyways, lets keep April up to date and so the future month people get a good idea :)
Hi pnaran14,

I understand what you mean and I kinda had that feeling too. I keep checking them on and off just to have an idea to see what's new. I started getting the jist that a lot of them weren't updating the sheets. Anyway, I still have the links and provide the link to some who want to have a general idea, whether only two or three guys are on there who actually updated it. Yeah the March and April spreadsheets will be good reference data points.
I feel the same way too! At least March, April and Onwards are updating their spreadsheets. But pretty crappy on January and February Applicants for gathering information and not reciprocating this information to other 2017 Applicants and onwards. I've tried to get access to the other spreadsheets so I can update the Applicants status who are on the spreadsheet and are not updating but no luck.

Hello all, I am April 18 applicant. Document status is " The additional documents you provided have been uploaded" .The details of uploaded documents are -

"Replacement Provided
Uploaded Filename: Police Certificate.pdf"
"Replacement Provided
Uploaded Filename: eIMM5669E.pdf"

The documents were uploaded through GCKey. SA, Medical done. Nothing has changed since last one month. File still at Mississauga. Any advice what to to do next? Should I call IRCC or just wait for their response? Thanks

Yes, please call IRCC. The statuses are erratically updated. If it's with your VO, you will know that from IRCC and feel better. Good luck!

Yes, Sue. I requested a couple of members who clearly did not update. I see them ask questions in the forum but did not even respond to me. I left it at that. I hope we all get our decisions soon and help the future month applicants We will be just fine

Hi steller, based on your timeline it would not hurt to call them just to inquire and see if they need anything else before they transfer the application. Explain your situation and see what they have to say. If they say you still have to wai, at least you'll get the peace of mind that everything is in order but they are just being slow.

The March sheet is up to date. We take great pain to add timelines and chase people to update it. You can use it as a reference point :)

Please add/update my information:
Application received in Mississauga: April 06
May 3- application linked
May 4- aor
May 10- Sa approval
May 11- schedule a and pic request
May 24-file transfer (email from Mississauga).

Still waiting for LVO to acknowledge that they have my husband's file. However, ecas shows the application is in process since May 30.
