Same two lines on mine as well. Application was received on April 13th. Docs uploaded on May 22nd, medical done on May 17th.
You could call them and inquire but their system has been glitchy we had to wait a month for a sch A and pcc request to show up in our account.. so lots of waiting game for all of us, unfortunate but there is only so little we all can do :(

Hi everyone, what is AOR 2? I received an email that our file was sent to LVO on May 24. In ECAS we saw an additional line saying we started processing your file on May 31st. This line appeared on June 06. Since then nothing. On myCIC it says they will let us know once eligibility is done. (we sent PCC upfront and Medical was passed on May 19) Application received April 06. Will we be getting an AOR2 or did we receive it already?

Yeah, I did call them on Wednesday and the agent said that everything was fine, docs were attached and next step is to transfer the file to the VO. I hope the agent is correct and it really is just a waiting game now.

So if I understand this correctly, send in Schedule A through IRCC if you don't get any request.
Wait for PCC request. Get form entitled, "Request for Police Certificates/Clearances and Authorization for Release of Information" (PC_LetterA).

Does that request form need to be translated?

Those who uploaded their Schedule A and PCC through IRCC webform, how long did you wait until they attached these documents to your application ? I sent these documents on 14th of June and still didn't get any email or messages in mycic account.

Hi - So, we just received AOR2 from the New Delhi VO office. It mentions the following:
Submission of police clearance certificates for you and all dependent family members who are 18 years or older, for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted. Note: If you or your family members were under 18 years of age (16 years of age in certain jurisdictions) for the entire time you lived in a particular country, you do not need to provide a police certificate for that country

When uploading our PCC we were only asked to upload the PCC for the country the applicant has spent most of her life in. She worked in UK for an year as well. We were wondering whether to send the UK PCC or not?

If yes, where do we send it, no address is mentioned in the email.
