I sent my Schedule A and police certificate through a webform on May 1st, then mailed physical copies 2 weeks ago (although to the courier address with a signature requested). Still no response and it's "Application Received" on ECAS. Medicals were done and approved 3 weeks ago. This is very frustrating, we are all waiting for something that should be quick just because of technical difficulties.
Did you try calling them? They should be able to tell you if your Schedule A and Police Certificate have been attached to your file.

I sent mine this week and they told me to call next week to check if they've been added to my file.

Did your mail get delivered as in did you get signature confirmation?
Yes, we got the signature confirmation.

Would my wife (sponsor) be able to call and ask about it, or does she need to be my representative? From what I read here, there is no way to get to them outside of Canada.

I see, well if you're wife is the sponsor and residing in Canada, she could call them to inquire.

She lives in Canada. We'll try that then, thanks for the suggestion. I thought maybe she's not allowed to inquire about my permanent residence part of the application.

You're welcome. I guess so far she still can, I've been able to as the sponsor. It probably could be up to you only as the applicant once the application gets transferred to the outland VO

at last I just got the email my app has been forwarded to my wifes VO....hopefully, most of the leg work is done and we can just sit back and wait for CIC to do its thing

Hi! Would you mind if i ask which country is she from? And where did you get married? So you landed january 2016 and got married january 2017? And the question is why you didn't declare her. Declare her as what if you just got married?
That's a little bit weird. My husband landed late january 2016 and then he went home and we got married in December 2016. He also didn't declare me or anything. But here's our timeline:
App received: april 26
Aor: may 19
Decision made on eligibility: may 25 (he was approved as my sponsor 6 days after they opened our application)
Medical request for PA: may 30
So far our application is going smoothly.
Maybe you just need to wait a little bit more.

Your husband is landed immigrant single and got married late December with you... i think the scenario he has is he land here in Canada to get his PR resident but prior landing he got married but never mention to the officer or changes just verbally.... thats why Officer is asking for proof of declaration on that day he landed...

Sorry to hear that. That's the applicant's form, correct? The question would be addressed to him/her. Then if you have no kids, it would be one meaning the applicant only. Good luck!
