aww Im happy to see April apps moving along but bitter sweet since I have heard anything from CIC...
I called cic today they informed me that no record of file yet so they havent began working on it. which is a relief that it wasnt returned but they said its too early for them to put a request in to find it since I my application was received in office April 11th so I have to wait 1 more month...

Ya as I said above, I've been keeping a close watch on all of this and it seems like there's been some out of order processing and backlogs with April - I am sure you will hear soon though!
Just wondering if the Sponsor and Applicant have to fill out the Additional Family Information form? I was just looking at the checklist and the actual form and they have different instructions. Checklist indicates only the primary applicant and anyone 18 and over but on the actual form it states Applicant and Spouse.

Scan the individual documents and upload them in the appropriately named upload area (for example: upload the IMM5669 - Schedule A into the area that is named “IMM5669 - Schedule A”).
That's the letter I got from CIC that clearly states it should bear original signature and then print , scan and upload

You can only link the account after a certain point - like receiving AOR or SA. If you have that you use the PA's info. Also, for # of people on application you need to put 2 - have you tried that?

Yes i did! I tried the UCi and file# and File number and family name and number 2 on the application still no luck
