Yes I know. But I was not in Canada for the past year, studying outside Canada because of which I was not able to get an access code to apply online. I had to submit a paper application, which takes 8 weeks to be processed.

Same is my case maq_33 . I've got the SA approval on May 10th and got exactly the same thing via email.
But did not get any message in my account to upload the documents. I dont whether we should for this week or use the webform to upload the documents ?

Hi, I have received SA letter on 10th and request for SCH A but in that letter it saus they gonna send the instructions to upload the form but no email yet neither i can see online

I wonder if it is worth a shot to submit my application as it is but just including the missing document and 2015 NOA and explanation letter or if I should wait till July to submit my application, as that is possibly when I will get my NOA according to CRA tax agents (applied towards the end of April, on paper). I feel like my reason for not having a 2016 NOA till now is pretty valid. I am thinking if I submit it now, even if I get it back, it will be before July. Help me out friends

Here's what worked for me (edited from OuIrish's advice):

1. Log in with GCKey account
2. Permanent Residence - Family Class (Spouses)
3. Application Number and Unique Client Identifier (UCI) - Insert application number and UCI from email
LEFT THIS BLANK: 4. City of Birth - Insert PA's City of Birth
LEFT THIS BLANK: 5. Country of Birth - Select PA's Country of birth
6. Passport Info - Insert Passport number, issuance and expiration info
7. Other Application Info - Fill out the other application info as per your application (Province, City and marital status) and put '2' as the number of
members in the application for sponsor + spouse (add +1 per dependent, if any)
8. Click on the 'Search for my application' tab
9. Then on 'Link my application' tab

I'm sure this is part of the reason why it takes 12 months to process the applications. It'll take me 11 months to link it!

You can follow them on Facebook and see notifications of when the site will be down for maintenance and other notifications.
